Overview
Eraser lets you remove unwanted objects/areas or small imperfections from an image. It’s designed for quick cleanup without needing text prompts.
What Eraser Does
Removes selected elements from an image
Fills erased areas naturally using the surrounding context
Works well for small objects, blemishes, or distractions
Does not affect unselected areas
How to Use Eraser
1. Open the Image You Want to Edit
You can use Eraser on:
Generated images
Uploaded photos
Images from your threads
2. Select Eraser
In the tool menu or homepage:
Click Eraser
The brush cursor will appear
3. Brush Over What You Want to Remove
Paint over the object or area you want to erase
Adjust brush size for precision
Only the brushed area will be affected
Tip: Brush slightly beyond the edges of the object for smoother blending.
4. Apply and Review
Click Confirm
Kira removes the selected content and fills the area naturally
Review the result and retry if needed
Each successful erase counts as one action.
Tips for Best Results
Use smaller brush sizes for detailed areas
Erase in small sections for better control
For complex edits or replacements, try using Inpaint instead
Credits & Usage
Erasing costs 5 credits per successful result
Credits are deducted only if the erase completes successfully
Failed or cancelled attempts do not consume credits
Troubleshooting
The erased area looks unnatural
Try brushing a slightly broader area or erasing in smaller sections.
It didn’t remove everything
Refresh and apply a second pass or slightly expand your brush area.
