Crop

Overview

Crop helps you automatically or manually reframe your image to improve composition. It’s designed to make photos look more balanced, focused, and ready for different formats.

What Crop Does

  • Automatically suggests a better composition

  • Lets you reframe without changing image content

  • Supports common aspect ratios and freeform cropping

  • Includes fine controls for alignment and perspective

How to Crop an Image

1. Open the Image You Want to Crop

You can crop:

  • A generated image

  • An uploaded photo

  • An image from your threads

2. Select Crop

In the tool menu or homepage:

  1. Click Crop

  2. A crop frame and grid overlay will appear

The grid helps guide composition (for example, rule-of-thirds alignment).

3. Adjust the Crop

You can:

  • Drag the edges or corners to resize the crop area

  • Move the image within the frame to reposition the subject

  • Prompt the model to use Auto Crop to instantly improve composition

4. Choose an Aspect Ratio (Optional)

From the side panel, select a preset ratio or use freeform cropping:

  • Free – Manual cropping with no fixed ratio

  • 1:1 – Square

  • 4:3 / 3:4 – Standard or portrait

  • 16:9 / 9:16 – Landscape or vertical formats

  • 2:1 / 1:2 – Wide or tall layouts

This is useful when preparing images for social media, web, or print.

5. Further Fine-Tune (Optional)

Use the adjustment sliders to refine geometry:

  • Rotation – Straighten the image

  • Scale – Zoom in or out slightly

  • Horizontal / Vertical Correction – Fix perspective distortion

These controls help keep lines straight and framing clean.

6. Apply and Save

  • Click Confirm

  • The crop is applied to your image

  • You can continue editing or export the result

Each successful crop counts as one action.

Tips for Best Results

  • Let Auto Crop suggest a composition, then fine-tune manually

  • Keep the main subject near grid intersections for balance

  • Crop before Upscale for best quality

  • Combine with Adjust or Filter for final polish

Credits & Usage

  • Cropping costs 5 credits per successful result

  • Credits are only deducted if the crop is applied successfully

  • Failed or cancelled actions do not consume credits
