It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that may be linked from the Services.

  • User Content, including images, prompts, and generated outputs

We do not claim ownership of User Content.

We do not use User Content to train public or third-party AI models without explicit permission.

We do not sell Personal Data.

Kira does not routinely access, view, or monitor User Content.

Such access is restricted and controlled.

Upon account deletion, Personal Data and User Content are deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law.

Limitations

In some circumstances, we may not be able to fully comply with a request, including where the request is unlawful, impracticable, or interferes with the rights of others. In such cases, we will respond to notify you of our decision.


11. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for children under the age of 16 (or higher where required by law).

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children without parental consent.


12. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion by contacting support.

Account deletion is subject to verification and a processing period. Once deletion is completed, Personal Data and User Content are deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law.


13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time.

Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
