Account Deletion

This article explains how to request account deletion, what happens during the deletion process, and how your data is handled after deletion.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.

You can delete your account directly from your account settings.

To delete your account:

1. Click your profile icon

2. Open Settings

3. Select Account from the left sidebar

4. Click Delete Account in the bottom-right corner

5. Confirm the deletion request

Once confirmed, your deletion request will be submitted.

After we receive your request:

• A 30-day safety buffer period is applied before permanent deletion

• This buffer helps:

  • Prevent abuse or unauthorized deletion

  • Allow verification of the request

  • Give users time to cancel the request if it was made by mistake

If you change your mind during this period, contact support and the deletion will be canceled.

During the 30-day buffer period:

• Your can and still have access to your account

• No new credits are issued

• You may request cancellation of the deletion

No permanent deletion occurs until the buffer period ends.

Once account deletion is finalized:

• Your account profile and authentication data are removed

• Stored images and generated content associated with your account are deleted

• Usage data linked to your account is removed or anonymized

Deletion is performed in accordance with our data retention and legal obligations.

In limited cases, certain data may be retained temporarily if required for:

• Legal compliance

• Fraud prevention

• Dispute resolution

• Financial or tax record obligations

Any retained data is handled securely and deleted once no longer required.

After deletion is completed:

• Your account cannot be restored

• Images, credits, and subscriptions cannot be recovered

• Any remaining credits are forfeited

Please ensure you have downloaded any content you wish to keep before requesting deletion.

Can I delete my account instantly?

No. A 30-day buffer period is required for security and abuse prevention.

Will my subscription be canceled automatically?

Account deletion cancels active subscriptions. Any remaining time or credits are forfeited.

Can I create a new account after deletion?

Yes. You may create a new account using the same email after deletion is complete.

Will my data be visible to others during deletion?

No. Your data is not publicly visible during the deletion process.
