Billing FAQ
What’s the difference between plans?
Plans vary by monthly credit amount, available modes (Lite, Nova, Ultra), and feature access. Higher-tier plans offer more credits and access to more advanced models for higher-quality results. See the Pricing page for full details.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually starting from the date of your initial purchase. The subscription period is calculated from that original purchase date (not from the time of a mid-cycle upgrade).
Plans renew automatically unless canceled.
How many credits does each action cost?
Image generations and edits cost 5 credits per successful result.
Video generation costs 60 credits per video. Some premium modes (e.g., Ultra) may use more credits per action.
Do credits carry over to the next month?
No. Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unused credits do not roll over.
What happens if I upgrade mid-cycle?
Your new plan takes effect immediately. You only pay the price difference for the remaining billing period, and the credit difference is issued right away.
What are add-ons?
Add-ons are optional purchases that provide extra credits or additional feature access. They are separate from your base subscription, and add-on credits do not expire at the end of your subscription period unless stated otherwise.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
Unused credits are not eligible for refunds. Partial refunds are not issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
